Workshops for Women

Human ability to nourish Nature with love and compassion are the only forces that can regenerate and heal the planet. This process starts with ourselves, with our curiosity and with our determination to connect with our own individual nature, to embrace it and learn to love it.

The workshops will help you explore the depths of your inner ocean in a safe and supportive space. An experienced team will work with you to identify your blockages and work through them so that you can greet the wonders of your potential and allow it to shine.

It is time for us women to open up to our own inner richness, to embrace all that we have inside with courage and love so we can share it freely with the world, for the world.

Women have been conditioned for thousands of years to disconnect from the parts of ourselves that were labelled by societies as undesirable – such as our strength and our power. Feminine forms of love and compassion have been considered as weaknesses and have been suppressed.

By cutting off from love and compassion in general and being ashamed and fearful of female power, societies have been destroying human creativity.

We witness the world running into a dry and brutal future. It is time to take on the challenge and participate in global shift of consciousness.

The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears, or the sea.

A Woman’s Worth

In this group we will explore female issues, that are almost every women’s themes today. As many women have been rejecting their bodies so strongly, we are going to work with the body, and see what is in the way of love and acceptance. There are so many ideas of what it means to be a woman, and these ideas are strangling us, and keep us from discovering our true nature. To be in a feminine body is a great gift! It is full of life, sensuousness, intuitiveness, softness and strength. How can we learn to accept and appreciate it? Not by becoming like a man, but by discovering the precious gift that is bestowed upon us. We will look at beliefs of unworthiness, co-dependency and all kind of identities, that prevent us from living the female potential.

We will face issues around competition, jealousy, and envy, that stop us respecting each other and look at our way of focussing on men only, seeing ourselves through their eyes, and giving our power away, and allowing endless abuse. We will also have to deal with our shadow-side, the kali aspect of the feminine, that is life-giving but also life-destroying and thus negative. Through awareness and courage, we might be able to face and penetrate these unconscious aspects of ourselves and the collective as well.

Through safe inquiries, an atmosphere of trust and honesty is created, that might enable us to look and to feel what is actually underneath all these issues and explore and discover our true feminine essence. We will do some body-oriented structures, meditations and inquiries that help us to open and expand into our multifaceted female colors and dimensions.
